About Coatings isn’t a big box contractor with a clipboard for everything. We’re a small, skilled team based in Southern Maine that actually cares about the work we do — and the people we do it with. We show up, we work hard, we crack a few jokes, and we go home knowing we did something real.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knows their way around a paintbrush, tile saw, or miter box — or wants to learn.

• Can show up on time and not ghost us after lunch.

• Takes pride in doing the job right (even if no one’s watching).

• Doesn’t need their hand held every five minutes.

• Gets along with people — clients, coworkers, dogs, whoever.

Experience is great, but attitude matters more. If you give a damn, we can teach you the rest.

Tile, flooring, cabinetry, painting — we do it all. And we do it with care.
